How do I place an order with you and confirm shipping date?

A.

You can place an order with us by completing the Contact Us form found here.   Once we have confirmed your bill to / ship to address commonly found on your purchase order (PO) and / or confirm method of payment and payment terms we can then confirm date of shipping.

Can we use our own shipping company to ship your products or must we use your shipping company?

A.

We would be happy to arrange for shipping on your own shipping company account number.  Simply reference your shipping number in your purchase order (PO) form and we will arrange to have your order shipped on your account.

How can I track my shipment order?

A.

Once we have shipped your order we will provide you with the Waybill tracking number so that you can track your order directly to point of signature at your location.  In the event your order is flagged for any reason we will contact the shipper on your behalf to determine what the issue may be and work with the shipper to ensure prompt delivery to you.

What happens if I receive an order that has been damaged during shipment?

A.

We ensure that our products are packaged to avoid even the most sever mishandling events.  However, in the event that a shipment arrives that is damaged you will need to take a picture of the damage as quickly as possible, notify your courier of the damage immediately and notify our quality control department that this has happened. Can you assist us in conducting R&D using your components?

A.

We would be happy and able to assist you in conducting R&D projects provided that we enter a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (MNDA) that is suitable to both parties. However, the scope of our involvement varies depending on the type of R&D and will need to be defined prior to commencement under the terms of a Technical Services Agreement (TSA).

If we purchase your product can we have you drop ship to 3rd party?

A.

We only sell our products directly to the end user of our products. That ensures compliance with international contract law and export regulations.

Do we return all warranty requested items to you?

A.
